Many of my genealogy colleagues have created their own blogs & I have found many of them interesting and informative. When I was young, if I ever told my mother that I did something just because my friends did, she would ask me "If your friends would jump off a bridge, would you?" So now this poses the question... Am I now jumping off the hypothetical bridge or jumping on the bandwagon?
I hope to use this blog as a tool not only for myself but for others to learn from. I hope to have some fun as well as educational posts. My posts may be a simple thought for the day, or a genealogical problem that I am currently working on. Sometimes writing out your thoughts during a research problem can help you reorganize your thoughts and thereby help solve the problem.
I may post a discovery that I believe others should know about. There will be tips and hints for Polish and American-Canadian research.
