The Beekeeper & Maków Podhalański Area

DSC07229Driving back and forth from Sucha Góra and Maków Podhalański there was plenty of opportunity to capture scenes from everyday
life in this community.

Only a few houses from where I am staying there a beekeeper with a beautiful garden full of flowers & of course his beehives. He was more than happy to share the beauty of his landscaped lawn and show his honey. With expert hands and his ladle he could fill a jar without getting any honey on the outside of the jar.

The drive to the church takes you right through the Rynek (Town square) of Maków Podhalański and it was the place to go to resupply for coffee ,sugar and some buns (bulki), butter, ham & cheese for the small meals.

I have shared a few photos here around Maków Podhalański. Please note the wonderful bakery. I have always enjoyed the excellent bakery here in Poland.
